Description
Ameya Surgical Spirit is used for general surgical procedures to disinfect skin. It prevents bacterial contamination of wounds and helps the wound to heal. It contains 68.6% ethanol and 3.7% methanol. The spirit is applied to the surface of the skin for use as a cleansing agent, and it also has antiseptic properties. Used for skin preparation before injection, to disinfect small cuts, and to ensure minor wounds are cleansed prior to applying a dressing.
