It s also recommended for relief of sinusitis symptoms such as sinus headache, pain and nasal congestion. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels, providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Besides these actives, honey, with its antibacterial and soothing properties, benefits those suffering from a cold with the added lemon, which provides extra flavor and vitamin C.

• Adults and children aged 16 years and older: One sachet to be taken every 4-6 hours as required. Do not exceed 6 sachets per 24 hours. Do not take longer than 7 days without asking your doctor.
• To use: Empty the contents of the sachet into a cup and half-fill with very hot water. Stir well. Add cold water as necessary.
• Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products, decongestants, or cough and flu medicines.
