HOW TO USE
- Use it twice a week in the morning or daily in the morning for one week every month.

- Brush your teeth with the Curasept Gel instead of toothpaste—use an amount about the size of a pea.
- Swish this around your mouth and spit it out.
- Do not rinse with water.
